Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can take on the world. How great would that feel? In 2017, after graduation, I began my journey toward opening my own practice in the NOVA area — wanting to offer a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide people through life’s challenges and most trying times.
Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a professional Therapist can make things better. I care about your well-being and want to provide you all the tools you need to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.

I have a passion for helping others. Through my own journey of healing and acceptance I discovered the positive impact a mental health professional can help cultivate. It would be my pleasure to help others find their own unique path forward.
